• Pre-Order Only: These plushies are made-to-order, ensuring each one is crafted with care and quality.
•Mystery Element: YOU get to pick the dessert theme, I take it from there. :)) Please send me an email or IG message with your chosen sweet treat. Please remember this is NOT a custom and the final design will be a delightful surprise!
• Turnaround Time: Please allow 16 weeks for production and shipping. Good things take time, and these cuties are worth the wait! (Estimated around the middle of October)
• Each Snugroot will come with a collar, backpack or wings, and cap.

If your product arrives damaged or not as pictured, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will not provide refunds or exchanges unless it was a mistake on our end. Thank you for understanding.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH! Your new plush will not survive a trip through the washing machine. If you must clean your plush, spot wash only with a damp rag.
Do not pull on any stitches or try to trim/alter your plush in ANY way. This can cause bulges and stitches to come loose and cause irreversible damage. Please treat your plush with love and care <3
