Everything is sold out! How do I purchase? 

I update my shop "drop style". I release new pieces every 2-3 weeks. I announce the date and time to Instagram and post it to my home page on my website. Every piece that is available for purchase will go live on my shop at the time of the drop. My drops tend to sell out in about 1-2 minutes so I always suggest planning accordingly. 

How big are the plushies?

Plushies range in a large variety of sizes. Smalls are 9" tall, Mediums are 12" tall, Larges are 15" tall, and Jumbo's are 17" tall. 

How much are they?

Plushies can range anywhere from $48-$200 depending on the size and style. Each plush is unique and price will reflect that. 

Do you offer customs?

We do not offer custom orders!

Do you do preorders?

We do not offer preorders! Our shop is updated drop style. Our products are offered on a first come, first served basis! 

Returns, refunds, and cancelations. 

We do not offer returns or refunds. If your product arrives damaged or not as pictured, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will not provide refunds or exchanges unless it was a mistake on our end.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. We will not grant refunds after 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding!

What are your processing times?

Milky Hemp allows 5-7 business days from purchase date to fulfill all orders. 

Where do we ship?

Milky Hemp ships to the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and the UK. International orders can take up to 2 months to deliver. The customer is responsible for any and all fees that may occur!

How do I care for my plush?

DO NOT MACHINE WASH! Your new plush will not survive a trip through the washing machine. If you must clean your plush, spot wash only with a damp rag.

Do not pull on any stitches or try to trim/alter your plush in ANY way. This can cause bulges and stitches to come loose and cause irreversible damage. Please treat your plush with love and care!
